What the owners say
Our favourite part of this home is most definitely the garden. Our twelve seat table fit perfectly behind the hedgerow and means we get to entertain loads of guests. With a garden this size it's perfect for enjoying with loads of friends and family

What its got
This charming Edwardian residence is a prime example of fine architecture fused with modern internals that create a rather beautiful home. The piece de resistance is created in the garden, with manicured lawns an array of fine flowered details and an explosion of greenery. To the rear of this tranquil haven is an incredible refurbshed outhouse. This gorgeous garden getaway is currently used as a personal gym, what a great studio this would make, why not fill this with huge cushions and monumentally sized beanbags to have a peaceful relaxing haven then steal some 'me time' and read a brilliant novel.

There is also a small converted barn too - an almost perfect square external room with mezannine level. No more camping in the garden now. This room would double as a fantastic guest room, art studio, home office and offers you the chance to get creative with ideas for this space.

Why you must view
The kitchen to the home opens onto the private patio for alfresco breakfast. It has stainless steel appliances and is super bright and light too. The oven is even at the perfect height for watching those Mary Berry cakes rise! The room next door is the dining room the six seat table in the here looks dwarfed in this large space. Imagine having all the family around for a Sunday roast, hot seasonal veg with a side of laughter. It's such a good size, it even has two large windows. The living room which overlooks the front of the house has a cosy log burner and tall Victorian ceilings. It feels homely and wonderful. No detached home would be complete without a gravelled driveway. This one is large and wide. You'll love that you can both drive on side by side too. It's the ultimate in luxury.

I really can't recommend this super home enough, the garden is quite simply a treasure, if outside space and natural light is high up on your priority list you are just going to fall head over heels for this one.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms which each currently have a double bed in them and there's also a bathroom. Bedroom 2 overlooks the large garden and buildings.

Where it is
Moorside is a pretty road, it's away from the main road that travels through the village. This village is so very sought after, it has a great primary school, post office, local shop and the all important friendly pub. Village life is brilliant - you are close enough to the important places such as the great coffee shops of Lancaster yet not too rural. It's comforting to know there are other around but not too many. Brookhouse location is extra close to the M6 for those that commute, has a back route direct to the university and loads of green spa
ce surrounding. You won't need it when you see the garden though!

We can't wait to show you around this property as you'll be super impressed.
