We bought this flat around 15 years ago and it has been the ideal place to bring up our children. When we first saw the flat we were struck by how light and airy it was with good size rooms. It was in the ideal location being close to work and to our children's school and with two good secondary schools within easy reach.Now that the children are growing up we are looking to move up the property ladder to a house with three bedrooms and a garden but hopefully will stay fairly close by. We hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
