We have really enjoyed living here over the past ten years,a great house in the town but has the feeling of being in the countryside.We often walk into the town for the many events such as Music Festival,Regatta and Candlelit Dartmouth,although you can enjoy the fireworks and air displays from home.The back garden is peaceful and relaxing backing on to the open fields with the grazing cattle passing by and no disturbance from the seagulls!
We have unfortunately out grown "The Hutch"now with two children and are looking for something bigger. Our situation has prevented us from converting the loft as many have done, and creating the off road parking space, so there is still great potential to be had. We will miss living in such a quiet and friendly road with neighbours who are happy to lend a hand and hope to find somewhere as great as this to move to.
