This has been a really great place to live and we have really enjoyed our time here. We purchased the apartment as first time buyers when it was brand new, 7 years ago. The development is attractive with lots of open spaces and it is also incredibly convenient for a wide range of different amenities. You can easily walk into the town centre and because we commute it has been perfect for us as it is only a few minutes walk to the station. There are some handy local shops nearby and Bluewater is also only a short drive away so we literally have everything we could need at our fingertips.The apartment itself is really nice and, being on the ground floor has made life easier, however, it still feels elevated when you are inside, so there is even a nice outlook from every window.
