Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, looking for an investment property, or downsizing from a larger home, there are many factors to take into consideration when selecting the right place. The quality of the building, location, room sizes and proximity to amenities are all important. Much as they were to the current owner.

Located almost equidistant from Banstead Village and the station means that you can leave the car at home on summer evenings and take a leisurely stroll to the extensive range of restaurants the village has to offer.

After viewing numerous apartments, the current owner was pleasantly surprised at how smart and well-maintained this development is – from the communal gardens and leafy green surroundings to the internal communal hallways. The security entry system provides a reassuring feeling of safety but the best is yet to come.

Unlike many similar priced apartments, the second bedroom is still a good-sized double room with a larger than average main bedroom. Add to this bright and airy rectangular lounge, a well-proportioned kitchen and a layout where all the rooms are accessed from the hall, and it has ticked all the most important boxes.

What the Owner says:

This flat suited me perfectly as a first-time buyer. Apart from being handy for the train station and walking distance to the village, I can get to the M25, Epsom and Sutton in around 10 minutes and we have 2 allocated parking spaces.

When I first came to view the property, I was really impressed by the development and how well-kept all of the communal areas are. It definitely has a nice feel to the neighbourhood which we love.

Having the large second bedroom is really useful for when we have people to stay and we have really enjoyed our time here. We are sure the next owners will love the property just as much as we have.
