Situation
The land sits around the tiny hamlet of Southcott around 2½ miles northeast of Stibb Cross and 5½ miles southwest of Great Torrington.

Directions
Stibb Cross – take the A388 north toward Frithelstock Stone and follow this road for around one mile, ignoring the right hand turn to Langtree and continuing round the sharp right hand bend taking the next right hand turn (which is unmarked).  Continue for one mile turning left where signposted Southcott where the land will be found within the hamlet.
