It is well managed, with immaculate gardens and communal hallways, plus a lift to whisk you up to the fourth floor. Your door is to the left from the lift, and once inside you are immediately aware that it offers beautifully bright and spacious accommodation. You are welcomed in to a broad hallway with immaculate white walls and the highest quality laminate floor, and these flow throughout the flat for continuity. This has a double layer of insulation for soundproofing, but the quality of the build ensures that each apartment is wonderfully quiet, and neighbours are never heard above or below. 


The master bedroom is peacefully located at the rear of the flat away from the main living areas, and this is a generous size with a wall and corner of built in wardrobes. The modern bathroom is conveniently next door, and is stunning with Villeroy and Boch fittings to include a double walk in shower with a rainfall showerhead, a double width angular basin with gloss storage below, and the floor has large matt slate tiles.
