Perhaps Bigger Than Expected - This is a two double bedroomed house which actually probably enjoys as much space at ground floor level as good as a three bedroomed. (Again, compare floor plan measurements). Take, for example, the separate entrance hall or the size of the modern kitchen or, indeed, the size (extra large for most) of the bathroom.
