We have really enjoyed living here in this apartment. I has a huge balcony that spans the entire width of the flat so there is actually a lot of outdoor space. It also has a very nice view over the castle which is the centre piece of Waterstone Park. Being on the top floor is very nice as well because the elevated position enhances the view further still.

The flat is a good size with an ensuite shower room off of the master bedroom as well as the main bathroon which really helps us out in the mornings. We have an allocated parking space and we also managed to acquire one of the few garages on this development and we are also prepared to sell this (by separate negotiation). The location could not be more convenient for all sorts of amenities. The station is within 10 minutes walk and it is also not far from Ebbsfleet International. The motorways are also nearby and Bluewater is literally round the corner.
