This property has been in our family since it was built and throughout that time it has always been considered to be one of the best locations in the whole of Dartford.
The bungalow has a slightly elevated position, this is great because it means you have a lovely outlook across Central Park. At different times of the year the park looks beautiful and every year we are treated to the annual fireworks display which we can enjoy from the comfort of the living room. The bungalow is quite a large property, and although at the moment we only require 2 bedrooms, the size means you could easily re-allocate the rooms to suite your individual needs. It would also be a great property to extend because it has a large plot and the loft would be ideal for conversion (STPP).
