We have really enjoyed living here, being so close to the 24hr Asda is incredibly useful and being only a couple of minutes walk to Greenhithe station is great for commuting. Considering how close we are to two family friendly local pubs, it is very quiet and all the neighbours in the area are very friendly. There a couple of excellent walking trails too, one leads all along the river to Dartford and the other along the river to Ingress Park through some woodland.

The apartment comes with one allocated parking space underground with code access only with lots of visitor spaces but there is also a public car park across the street which is free on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays if you have more than one car.
