If your idea of perfection is a quiet location close to country walks, a short distance from the station with services to London and near all the amenities of the village centre, your house search could finally be over.

As you walk up to the front door notice all the space for your family’s cars – there’s room to park at the front plus there’s a garage, a real bonus.

If you like to relax with a view over your garden, the kitchen here is just for you. Throw open the doors and wander out to enjoy the last of the sun’s rays as the day draws in. During the warm summer months it’s the ideal location for a cooling drink at the end of a working day. Sit with a jug of homemade lemonade as the children run around on the lawn, or open a bottle of fizz for family and friends whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of this delightful location.

The lounge is airy and light, ideal for curling up in your favourite chair to enjoy your latest book once the children have gone up to bed.

With a smart en-suite shower room to bedroom 1, on busy weekday mornings be up and out as sharp as a pin, yet as bedtime approaches and the chores are all done enjoy a warm relaxing soak in a cloud of scented bubbles in the family bathroom.

With solar panels, this home will always be cost-efficiently warm and cosy..

What the Owner says:

What most appealed to us when we first moved here was the fact that in one direction we could walk to the station and in the other we could get to the shops, the library, the bank and all the other facilities in the village centre.

On the edges of the village, directly outside our door, there are beautiful rural walks, and a short drive away are Cranbrook, Tenterden, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.

With 9 years remaining on the NHBC guarantee, this is such a low-maintenance home and I’m only sorry that due to work commitments we are relocating.
