The estate is well located for lots of amenities with excellent local schools close by, great transport links with Elm Park & Hornchurch stations and Hornchurch Country Park within walking distance . For these reasons I have really enjoyed living here and truly believe the next lucky owner will enjoy it just as much as I have.
