Welcome to "Amidships" a light airy maisonette in the heart of Dartmouth. We are situated on Clarence Street, one of Dartmouth's most historic streets in a large Georgian building. The surrounding homes are elegant and also characterful.

We have thoroughly enjoyed having "Amidships" as a bolt hole for us and our friends/guests. One of the most important features is that you are literally a few minutes' walk from all the shops and the river, making returning at night a pleasant few minutes stroll. However we are a little oasis of calm too! For those of you who know Dartmouth, "Amidships" is a couple of minutes' walk down to the Boatfloat and Royal Avenue Gardens.

We are lucky enough to have a private car space a few minutes' walk away .This is rented, but we feel sure it might be possible to continue to rent, this is paid up until April 2017.

This is an "upside down" maisonette with a ground floor shower room and bedroom. There is a main entrance into the house and then a second entrance on the ground floor into the house. Downstairs is a double bedroom and there is also a shower room ,whilst upstairs the main sitting room and kitchen area take full advantage of the French doors and Juliet balcony and the light, which pours into this delightful room. The property has just had a total renovation and has been tastefully redesigned and will hopefully enable you to completely relax and fully enjoy living here
