The property has been wonderful for me over the years. It is the perfect home as it has two double bedrooms as well as a large kitchen and living area with a very sociable layout; perfect for entertaining guests. There is a great sense of community in the building; the neighbours are very friendly. The location is simply second to none. We have the beautiful Crystal Palace Park on our doorstep which makes for a lovely afternoon stroll. The popular Crystal Palace Triangle offers an abundance of quaint delis, cafes and bistros in which to have a spot of lunch. The transport links are great too. We have Penge West, Sydenham and Crystal Palace stations/ELL within walking distance, all of which have fast links into central London including London Bridge, Canada Water and Victoria.
