I have loved living here for many years. When I bought the apartment I was completely taken by the size of the living room, it was quite unlike any other, and the beautiful views over Wells Park. Over the years, the living room has been great for hosting dinner parties and entertaining family and friends. The two double bedrooms are also handy when I have guests to stay. The balcony is superb too; I often spend the summer evenings out there enjoying dinner al fresco and enjoying the stunning views. It really is so serene and quiet here as we are surrounded by trees and not overlooked. It is easy to forget that we are in London yet we still have everything within walking distance. There is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, delis and shops in both Sydenham and Forest Hill, both of which also have stations with superb links into central London.
