Our client and the Local Planning Authority (LPA) are keen to seen the property re-open as a hotel. Whilst the impressive, existing property occupies a beautiful setting, it is the Agent's view that redevelopment (either conversion or rebuild) is required to create a hotel of the necessary scale and calibre to succeed in this particular location.
