Location
The land is situated in two parcels on the edge of Hindley (a short walk from Hindley train station). It is easily accessible from J6 of the M61 and via Wigan from the J26 of the M6.

Directions
From J6 M61 take the A6027 exit towards Westhoughton/Wigan. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Chorley Road (A6). After approximately 0.3 miles turn right onto Dicconson Lane (B5239). Travel a further 1.3 miles then at the roundabout take the first exit onto Hall Lane. After about 1.5 miles turn left into Whiteside Avenue. The road turns to the left after which you will find our sale board at the end of the road and the land is behind it.
The land can also be accessed from Wigan via Manchester Road (A577), then A58 and Hindley Ladies Lane, past the train station onto Hall Lane then right at Whiteside Avenue.

Description
The two parcels of land, shown edged red on the plan overleaf for identification purposes only total 1.75 acres (0.71 hectares) or thereabouts available as a whole. The vendors will consider offers for part if it works for all parties.

Boundaries are hedge and fence lined at present with open gateways to adjoining land and beyond.
