Planning Details:Full planning permission was granted by Test Valley Borough Council on 2nd September 2016 under planning reference number 16/01662/FULLS. This application is essentially a renewal of planning consent reference number 12/01188/FULLS which
was approved on 11th October 2013 for the erection of replacement dwelling. This scheme is identical to the approved scheme under this reference and the plans submitted are the same, with some minor amendments to the annotations. The 2013 scheme is a revised scheme to that approved under 09/01031/FULLS, which was subsequently renewed under 12/01552/EXTS to extend the time limit for implementation.
