DESCRIPTION Take a look at this charming three bedroom Victorian terraced house with good access to Yatton village centre. 6 Rock Road is well presented internally as it has been re-decorated by the current owners, who have been in situ for 8 years. It is a real gem, which now provides a modern and ready to move into home, with all the character expected from a Victorian building. There are feature fireplaces, a wood burner in the dining room, ceiling roses and character radiators. The rear garden is lawned and level, which is an ideal blank canvas for those with green fingers to make their own.

Full accommodation comprises; Porch, inner hallway, lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom downstairs WC, rear porch and three bedrooms.

Yatton itself has fantastic amenities less than 1/3 of a mile away from this property, including a library, a supermarket, a variety of shops, a church and a primary school, so it's ideal for families, first time buyers, or even those downsizing who still want a practical home in a convenient spot.

We highly recommend an early viewing to fully appreciate this charming Victorian opportunity.

Our vendor says ... We have been here for eight years now, and felt it was very homely when we viewed it. We love this house with the size of its rooms and fireplaces... it is close to the train station and shops, is a great area for a growing family and it is close to the Backwell catchment area. If we were staying, there is still more potential to explore by extending above the current bathroom to create a bathroom upstairs... but now we want to move on and buy a property with land for our horses.

We have noticed ... Must be seen internally! This is a significantly improved Victorian terrace with a really practical living space downstairs also provides a good sized and level lawned garden. The owners have done a beautiful job of modernising this home whilst retaining its character features, and we feel that this can only be fully appreciated with an internal viewing.
