Our vendor says ... We have been here for eight years now, and felt it was very homely when we viewed it. We love this house with the size of its rooms and fireplaces... it is close to the train station and shops, is a great area for a growing family and it is close to the Backwell catchment area. SITUATION The North Somerset village of Yatton lies south of Bristol within easy daily commuting distance, by rail or road, with M5 motorway junctions 20 (Clevedon) and 21 (Weston-super-Mare) each only 10 minutes’ drive away.
