I never stop enjoying entering the road from Braemar. It's impressiveYour days will be wonderfully quiet and peaceful (no through traffic and ultra safe for kids on bikes). You would wake up to birds tweeting and views of the woods from the back. You can walk to the huge Belfairs woods, a local park in minutes as well as the shops on the London road. There is a back way to  Hadleigh and also the A127 through Daws Heath that's handy for getting out that way.


Westleigh school is 1 mile.. 15 mins pleasant walk and in catchment. It's nice to have the good school handy but be in the more leafy zone.Our house is lucky to have one of the biggest gardens in the street and 4 bedrooms when many have only 3. It has much character and a lovely imposing wow factor hallway that is like a room in itself. There is a huge loft all sealed with a window just dying to be converted.  Also a green house, shed and double garage which had power and glazed Windows...  Could be made into a studio, office or work area easily.


Our neighbours have extended out to the side and made even more space so that's an option.Basically this house and road couldn't be better for a family to set up in for a lovely life.
