Vendor's comments - "I love our house. From the moment we walked in we knew it had the potential to be a fantastic family home. It was light and bright, had a really nice feel to it, and straight away we fell in love with the original features, spacious bedrooms, south facing aspect and fantastic extension. From that moment on we never looked back. We spent many months lovingly renovating the property; taking care to retain both its original features and bring it in line with a modern way of living. We hope we have produced what we feel is a fantastic and stunning home.
Our favourite times include entertaining friends and family. The back garden is very private, with sun all day long and flowers covering the trellis in the summer months. By day it makes for fantastic summer BBQ and by evening transforms into a space filled with fairy lights and lanterns, with an overflow of family and friends from the kitchen into the garden. This is also one of my favourite spaces in winter, it is exceptionally cosy with the fire lit (perfect for lazy reading days) and we are often spoilt for choice between here and the living room with its cosy log burning stove. Whether it be family Christmas lunches, lazy Sundays or summer BBQs this bright and light room makes for a spectacular entertaining space.
The house is perfectly located for a walk to St Andrews Park, afternoon tea at Tart or a Saturday morning trip to the fruit and veg shop. The road has a real community feel whether it be neighbours welcoming you to the street or the annual street party. It is a fantastic place to bring up children and the house is perfectly located for both Bishop Road and Redland Green schools. We will be really sad to leave this house but equally thrilled that it will provide someone with as much joy and happy memories that we have shared, we will truly miss it."
