As a first time buyer I had a limited budget but was naturally keen to find somewhere with as much space as possible. After looking at a number of studio apartments it soon came clear that this one was the best size and layout of them all. I loved the fact that the main room was “L” shaped defining the living space from the bedroom area, and the size gave me plenty of space for my sofa and arm chair as well as my double bed! The separate kitchen also works for me as I can keep the door closed to stop the spread of any cooking smells, and hide away any washing up until the morning!
