When we were looking to buy 7 years ago as first time buyers, we wanted a new home so that we could just move in with no worries. We loved the location as it seemed very quiet being in a no through road, so we had no concerns about traffic noise. We were also planning a family, so were keen to find a safe area and a pleasant place to bring up the kids. The children’s play area just along the road was also a real bonus. It has certainly proved to be a great family home and being so new, we have had to do very little other than decorate. Now that the kids are getting older, we are looking to move on and it is time for someone else to make it their home and hopefully enjoy living here as much as we have.
