This has been an ideal family home for the last 9 years. Good bus route to East Croydon, Bromley and West Wickham, all offering links to London. This house really stood out for us with its large rooms which are bright and airy, and the location was a big winner for us. It is a very sought after area and quiet as well, which is ideal for families. There is a park close by and also local amenities. Furthermore, parking is free.

We will really miss this house and the area, but hope the new owners loves it as much as we have.
