Full description

A completely renovated Georgian double-fronted property, with Victorian and later additions, this four bedroom home boasts wonderful countryside views. It offers a contemporary kitchen diner with Rayburn and two reception rooms retaining period features such as open fireplaces. There are four good sized bedrooms; the master bedroom comprising a contemporary en suite and beautiful views. There is a fully stocked south-facing garden with summer house, green house and paved and decked entertaining areas.

We were initially attracted to the property as it looked like a life-sized dolls house and we loved the quirky character that it had. It was my dream home, says Rebecca. Since moving into our home over a year ago, we have refurbished the whole property, including replacing windows, re-landscaping the garden and fully stocking the garden area as well. There are two patio areas, one tiled and covered with a gorgeous veranda, great for slightly less than sunny days. One has been decked which is perfect for barbecues. There is also a lovely summer house.

The location is superb. We are approximately one mile away from Kimbolton which has all the local amenities and facilities you need. Kimbolton School is also extremely popular. St Neots is nearby and from St Neots train station you can get to London Kings Cross in under an hour which is extremely convenient, continues Rebecca.

The house would be perfect for anyone looking to re-locate to a four bedroom home in a fantastic area. The neighbours are all lovely and it is in a private lane with gorgeous views.

My favourite room is the kitchen and dining area. It is the heart of the home and where we spend most of our time. I also love that the kitchen has a breakfast bar area as it perfect for the mornings.

The surrounding area is gorgeous. We often look out the window and watch the red kites, green woodpeckers, muntjack deer and the foxes running across the fields.

The house is wonderful for entertaining purposes and is suitable for lots of guests because of the huge amount of space. The garden is also brilliant in the summer to have barbecues.

I am really going to miss everything about the property. In particular, we will miss the garden and views of the house. It is such a delightful place to be and we loving live here, concludes Rebecca.
