When I saw this house being built from new a few years ago, I was considering buying a property for investment to rent out and this one was idea. My tenants have been here for the last 6 years since it was new and they have loved living here with the kids. Unfortunately, my tenants are finally leaving to buy their own home so I have decided to sell up and let someone own it for themselves.
