The size of the maisonette is great. It is set over three floors and each of the rooms are a good size. The property is light and airy throughout. We have added a contemporary design whilst keeping the original features which we feel looks superb. We have a roof terrace which gives us some stunning views and is the perfect place to relax in the summer months after a hard day's work in the City with a glass of wine overlooking the local area. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is walking distance to both Forest Hill and Sydenham stations which is ideal for the daily commute.
