Tenure: Freehold

As you set foot through the front door you can get the homely feel this house has. The current owners have lived here for over 30 years and you can tell why.

The lounge & dining areas run from back to front and light floods in through the large windows. The kitchen has loads of cupboards and working surfaces, if that wasn't enough then the separate utility room offers even more space and if you are a budding chef you will enjoy cooking various meals for family and friends.

Upstairs you have three bedrooms which are of a good size

The outside will be great for the children as you have a secluded and safe rear garden. Whilst the children are playing you can relax knowing they can't roam away. The garden is a credit to the current owners as it is extremely well stocked and thought out.

Parking won't be a problem as you have your own off road parking and a garage with an electric up and over door.

The location is perfect for commuters as you have easy access to Chichester & Brighton via the A27. If it's a walk in the country you are looking for - then you can get into the woods in only a few minutes walk.

What the Owner says:

We have enjoyed living here very much, there is a great community in Fontwell. If you enjoy walking then Slindon woods aren’t far away or you can stroll down to Walberton village and enjoy a drink at The Holly Tree.

We love to sit out in the garden, it is extremely private and enjoys the sun all day. In the winter we use the utility as a sun lounge. The garden is a real passion of ours which we hope you agree. We really wouldn't be moving if it wasn't the need to do away with the stairs.
