I bought this flat 8 years ago and for me it was all about the location. I commute into central London every day and I cannot rant and rave enough about how fantastic the train stations on the doorstep are! The block itself is incredibly secure and I have always felt very safe here. The town centre is just minutes away and is great for grabbing some lunch or dinner with friends. I'm now looking to take the next step up the property ladder and get a house but I will definitely miss the convenience of living somewhere so central.
