Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Located on the edge of Billericay town in a popular road, this spacious 3 bedroom semi detached chalet style property has lovely views to the front across open countryside.

The present owners purchased their home approximately 6 years ago and since buying the property have extended and refurbished to create the fine family home it is today.

There is a spacious lounge with a log burner which is cosy in the winter, but light and airy in the summer months and it opens onto the dining area which in turn leads straight out onto the good size garden, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals during the summer months.

For the young family the property is located within both the Quilters and Billericay school catchment areas, both schools having excellent academic reputations within the area.

Billericay is an excellent area in which to raise a family and benefits from a mainline railway station with fast and frequent train services into London Liverpool Street with many of the services now stopping at the popular Westfield Shopping Centre.

Billericay town centre has a great selection of specialist shops including a well stocked Waitrose, wine bars, restaurants and coffee houses.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for approximately 6 years and have loved it. It is very quiet and just a short walk to Sun Corner at the top of the High Street, approximately 15 minutes in one direction and the local family pub/restaurant in the other. For commuters Billericay station is approximately a 22 minute walk.

Billericay is a great town for families as there is so much to do for all age groups and the schools are excellent.

The road links into the surrounding towns and London are excellent and include Southend, which has its own airport, Wickford and Basildon.
