Redhill Farm was historically part of the Appuldurcombe Estate, owned by the baronets of the Worsley Family and is one of several farms built in the early 1700s as part of this estate. Redhill Lane can be found approximately half a mile after Godshill, on the right hand side. Turn into Redhill Lane and the property can be found on the right after approximately three quarters of a mile. Lot 1 is at the top of the driveway. Lot 2 can be found opposite this driveway.

There is a train station at Shanklin linking to the passenger ferry at Ryde; Shanklin station is 12 minutes away by car.
