Continue along Queen Street passing the coach lamp and at the cycle shop on the right hand side, turn left onto the Sidmouth Road signposted Sidmouth and Exeter. Fork left onto The Butts continuing past the Primary School and Clarance House will be found a short way along on the right hand side perpendicular to the road.
