We bought this house almost 12 years ago now and for us it was all about the location. We knew we wanted to start a family and so to have the schools within walking distance was really important to us. Another huge plus point is the proximity to Dorking High Street as we can literally get to the shops in no time. All three train stations are also within walking distance, making it ideal for commuting into London. Since living here we have done the loft conversion which has made it possible for us to stay here for as long as we have as with two girls in tow, they each now get a good size bedroom. We are now taking the plunge of getting further up the property ladder but are looking to stay in Dorking as we love it so much.
