Why you’ll like it:


The Victorian French Revival house has a corner plot, and it stands out from its neighbours in its unique style, including a hexagonal turret tower and a fresh buttermilk exterior. You approach the house through a central gate, flanked by palms, and a shingle front garden to echo the beach. Double doors take you into a porch, perfect for storing shoes to keep the apartment clutter free, and then through a further set of solid oak double doors to the impressive open plan kitchen and living space.  


A quality timber laminate floor flows throughout the flat in a deep walnut tone, and the walls contrast well in pale pebble grey.
