Location - The land is situated just north of Farndon and adjoins the River Trent.

Directions - From the A46 roundabout at Farndon, take Fosse Road, sign posted Farndon. After approximately 350 metres take the first right onto Long Lane. Cross over Marsh Lane at the mini roundabout and continue straight on towards Walters Close where Long Lane turns into a track. Follow the track for approximately 550 metres before taking the right turn onto Cottage Lane. Follow Cottage Lane and the land will be on your left and ahead of you.
