Continue all the way through the village of Kemble and continue until you approach the sign for Charlton. Turn left here. At the junction, you will see a telephone box on your right. Turn left here, passing the Horse and Groom public house on your left. You will then see a sign for Garsdon and Brinkworth. Turn right and continue for approximately half a mile, where the turning to Poplars Barn will be seen on the left, immediately before the driveway to Heath Farmhouse.
