LOCATION
The site is located on the corner junction of Roseberry Road and Mersey Road, approximately 1.5 miles to the south of Redcar town centre. Redcar is located 10 miles east of Middlesbrough, 36 miles south east of Durham and 6 miles north of Guisborough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Road access to the town is principally via the A174 and A66; both of which link to the A19 to the west which in turn provides access to the wider national road network.
