DESCRIPTION
Moorsview is a detached bungalow which was individually designed and built in the early 1980's of traditional cavity wall construction. Over the last year or so the current owners have carried out a substantial refurbishment of the property which has been updated and finished to a high specification. Internal work carried out included refitted kitchen and shower room suites, new uPVC double glazing, quality oak flooring, internal oak doors, some minor reconfiguration and a complete decorative overhaul. Externally the soffits, fascia & guttering have been renewed, the principle gardens have been remodelled and the adjoining land has been cleared back to enable an unencumbered use of the grounds, which could easily be adapted for equestrian pursuits. An internal viewing is highly recommended in order to fully appreciate the size and quality of this property.

DIRECTIONS
From Bodmin take the A38 trunk road towards Liskeard. After passing over the A30 dual carriageway, take the first exit left at the roundabout going past the crematorium towards Cardinham Woods and through Fletchersbridge. Stay on this road for several miles heading towards Mount (Ignore turning off for Cardinham). When you arrive at a cross-roads turn right and drive past a grass triangle verge and a couple of properties on either side, following the road to the left. After a short distance is a turning right signposted to Welltown and Higher Hill. Then take the next turning left (signposted a no through road) and keep going until you arrive at Moorsview on the right-hand side.
