We purchased the property because the size and shape if the rooms were appropriate, the proximity to the train station is great. Chislehurst restaurants just up the road (and a fantastic fish and chip shop near Mottingham station!), schools such as Farringtons, Babbington and of course Eltham College (walking distance).....all went together to make it right for us. Some people will be put off by the main road, some will be able to look past that. The traffic does not speed by, due to the traffic lights at Court Road and once inside the house, the road is easily forgotten. Friendly neighbours too!
