I chose Lansdowne Place for many reasons, the stunning architecture, the location and its close proximity to central Hove, Brighton and the beachfront. Over the years the apartment has been so popular, has always been occupied and commanded a premium rent.
It has been a sound investment for me and I wish the new owners, whether buying for an investment or as a home, the best of luck.
