I have been very happy here over the years. The flat is larger than most one bedroom apartments. It was the size and the charming communal grounds that really attracted me to the flat when I was buying. The location is fantastic. It is only a short walk to Sydenham and Forest Hill both of which have great shops, cafes and restaurants. Sydenham and Forest Hill stations both have great links into central London which is great for commuting. We really do have it all here.
