We bought this house around 9 years ago mainly due to its convenient location.
It had plenty of space and we could see the potential it had on offer. Around 5 years ago we converted the garage into a bedroom with en-suite and knocked through and extended the kitchen to make a fantastic open plan kitchen/diner. We also put in a new bathroom and a new boiler.
We have loved being at the end of the cul-de-sac as it is very quiet and private. It is also ideally located for the park, two gyms, Dorking Halls and the doctor's surgery.
