From Lyme Regis proceed to Uplyme and turn right into Tappers Knapp (signposted Rocombe). Continue over the river and up the other side, past the crossroads to the top of the hill, proceed for about 1/4 mile or so and turn left immediately past Whitty Down (Lower Rocombe Road). After about 200 metres take the private road to the right, past the large house (Little Winters) and Sea Mist is at the far end. This is a fairly narrow lane so applicants may wish to park at the Lower Rocombe Road end of the private lane and walk to the cottage on the first visit.
