"Having lived here for the last 7 years this really has been a perfect family home for us. By converting the garage into a utility room this made a huge difference and made our lives so much easier, especially with children as after they have finished playing outside I can hide the dirty washing in the utility room and shut the door.
We did however need some form of storage for our push bikes so we decided to keep part of the garage. We hope the new owners are as happy here as we have been."
