We bought the house with a view to eventually settling in the area, but because of my work in Government service, were not initially able to move to the Folkestone area. Whilst overseas we were compelled to tenant out our home until the opportunity came to live and work in the area, at a later date.

The views from the house across the Channel and over Sandgate are wonderful and we much value the proximity of main amenities such as shops, restaurants, bus services and rail links to London.
We greatly appreciate the opportunity to walk down to Sandgate and along the beach front for recreation.
