"We've lived here 11 years and really love the flat and the local area too. The rooms are cheerfully light all day - hence the sofa is a perfect spot for reading and relaxing.

The road has real character to it, and we both really enjoy Tooting Bec Common, which is a fabulous place to have a picnic in the summer. We both go for runs round it too, and one of us goes there all year round to get muddy and fit in equal measure (boot camp classes, of course).

We find the high street is spot-on for everything we need day-to-day. The cafes, restaurants and pubs are very welcoming; perfect for an after-work drink and meeting up with friends.

We'll be very sad to leave, and hope you love it as much as we have."
