Method Of Sale - The freehold interest is offered for sale by Private Treaty as a whole.

Tenure - The land is subject to a first succession Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancy agreement. Further details can be obtained upon request and a copy of the tenancy agreement can be viewed by appointment at our Exchange Street office in Driffield.
