We fell for this property as soon as we saw it because of the light that floods in, the practical layout and the high ceilings. We've put a lot of love into the rooms and the garden and have really enjoyed entertaining friends here and spending cosy nights in as a family. Its central location means we have been able to easily pop out for a quick pint or meal after work or wander around Eltham Palace's beautiful gardens on a Sunday. We'll miss the convenience of the rail station and the well-stocked high street with its M&S, Debenhams and fantastic leisure centre.
