The road is lovely and quiet with a nice sense of community and the location is just perfect.It is far enough out of the town to avoid all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to pop in to the village when you want to do some shopping or have a coffee. The public transport is really useful too with links to Epsom, Sutton, Coulsdon and Croydon by bus and the train station is only a short walk away.In our opinion we believe it would be equally suitable for either a downsizer or younger couple.
